Alexandra Breda (b.1979, Coimbra) is a portuguese ceramic artist and designer, whose work focuses on contemporary figurative sculpture.
Finds inspiration in art, fashion, nature, mixing and fusing the different areas she passed through. Researcher of color and its endless possibilities.
Each sculpture is the outcome of a creative, technical, experimental and handmade work.

Studied and worked for several years in Product Design and Fashion Design and specialized in the Arts of Ceramics and Glass, where she felt in love with ceramic sculpture and the craft of working clay.
Brings to sculpture a contemporary approach developed for many years through the research of fashion and color trends, design methodologies and design and development of collections and products, finds on these areas fusing points and inspiration that brings to life through figurative sculpture.
Always curious and keen to learn more and experiement new possibilities, finds in sculpture a never-ending source field to apply her criativity and knowledge.
